Too much chocolate!!!!

Dd2 had decided that she only likes the 'insides' of her Easter Eggs and will not eat the actual eggs!!! Has anyone got an easy peasy Refridgerator Cake recipe or any other ideas as to what I can do with all this excess chocolate!!! Don't want to just chuck it as it seems such a waste.

melt it in m/wave and then chuck in rice krispies or museli or shredded wheat, mix then chuck in little cases.

or melt it and let her dip chopped up bits of fruit etc in it.

we've done both this week to use up the mountain of easter eggs!

can't you just eat them as they are ? ( having given up chocolate for Lent I feel I can say this)

Do you get the weekly round up Bomper? The recipe of the week was fridge cake for this very reason, hang on....
