How easy is it to stuff a cannaloni?

Hope that's how you spell that. I've a hankering for cannaloni stuffed with ricotta and spinach, but have never cooked with them before. Are they a right scutter or deceptively easy?

Hi
You buy the canneloni dried, then get your ricotta mix in a plastic sandwich bag, cut off a corner then pipe into tubes. Voila! No problem at all - and super yummy! Good Luck!

Deceptively easy. You put the filling in while the cannelloni are uncooked so it's quite straightforward. You can do it with a teaspoon.

I thank you - now to get out of work early to get the shopping...

if you get fresh lasagne sheets, you can plop the filling on and roll it up.
Or, get dried cannelloni tubes and teaspoon it all in.

Yum though.
