cheese and pesto omlette with salad?

veg and pasta bake with cheese?

Spoo · 25/03/2008 16:45

Have you got a tin of tomatoes or puree? - you could make vegetable pasta with cheese on top.

captainmummy · 25/03/2008 16:45

PAsta&pesto and cheese ontop. That's what I'm having, as I have no imagination (and I went shopping today too, so have loads in)

Stir fry?
Fried rice

Gpod, even a boiled agg and toast is a damned fine meal.

witchandchips · 25/03/2008 16:45

tortilla/frittata + salad

Twiglett · 25/03/2008 16:46

scrambled egg on toast ..

baked beans on toast

baked potato with cheese and beans

pasta and pesto with veg

stir fry

Twiglett · 25/03/2008 16:47

why do you have to give it thought?

any food ready when DH comes home is I think a bonus rather than a right

Twiglett · 25/03/2008 16:48

you know .. we never have this .. but suddenly I'm salivating at the thought of

egg, chips and beans

FrannyandZooey · 25/03/2008 16:48

stir fry and similar a bit hard work, let's face it
I want MINIMAL effort and maximum feet up

I think frittata might be a winner
have left slightly late though

omelettes always oppress me, you have to stand there at the last minute

ah sod it pasta pesto and salad? Would you be pleased with that?

I just feel a bit shoddy not having made any effort

we had chips last night so will do pasta I think

FrannyandZooey · 25/03/2008 17:02

Katisha · 25/03/2008 17:14

This is what comes of having no Auntie Bessies frozen mashed potato discs in the house...(shakes head sadly...)

FrannyandZooey · 25/03/2008 17:31

LOL Auntie Bessies

MehgaLegs · 25/03/2008 17:37

We are having Pasta pesto and PSB with cheese on top.

Boys have been to Butlins for day out with my M&D and have eaten shite all day.

They have returned with plastic crap and I have had the torture of having each child's every move, utterance and bowel movement recited to me (I am grateful - honestly).

FrannyandZooey · 25/03/2008 18:00

oh Mega what joy
