Hi there,
Some quick meals to rustle up include scrambled egg with toast soldiers, pasta with passata sauce and cheese, if you get the spuds on early then jacket potatoes with tuna and cheese.

cheese on toast

beans on toast

dd2 (14months) loves those part bake baguettes slightly warm (sucks/chews doughy part and knaws at crust fab for teething)

soup

pasta shapes in sauce

small soft roll with cheese spread/honey/jam etc

crackers with spread

some of my quick meals are:

soup- home made or heinz tomato with milk
scrambled eggs (you can mix grated cheese in too)
cheese and tom pizza with cucumber sticks, cherry tomatoes and raw pepper etc
hoops/beans & sausages
boiled egg with toastie soldiers
cheese toastie
boiled potatoes/peas/cold meat/cheese

or a 'picnic'- use any of these...
bread sticks
grapes
cucumber
tomatoes
banana
raisins
cheese cubes
crisps
mini sandwiches
cocktail sausages
ham
rice cakes
pepper

or anything else you want!

my dd - 11 months - loves tuna sandwiches. I've found couscous very handy as well - and it's super quick to prepare.

yes, cous-cous goes down well here

bloody messy, though!
