so where does dealia buy all that nice looking forzen food?

I watched her cheating programme last night and thought it was fab but where did she get the frozen food from? Can't say have seen frozen chargrilled aubergine in sains - please do links!

Our local farm shop does posh frozen veg ( I only saw the aubergine but).

Realise my post is not very helpful - what I meant is that you might have a similar shop near you, unless you live near me, in which case get down to Baird's farm shop at Climping

The farmshop has a website and it says their frozen stuff comes from Fieldfare Oorganics but their website is temporarily unavailable.

There's a list in the back of her book and on the internet here. Frozen chargrilled aubergine is supposed to be available from Asda, though I haven't found it in my local one yet...

Was just in Tesco and in their freezer cabinets I saw the Canadian Scallops. Part of their Finest range. I think they were approx £4 a bag.
I will be getting some!
