Can you freeze homemade rice pudding?

Sorry, seems daft question but dd loves it and don't want it to go to waste. If it can't be frozen how long will it keep in fridge?

yes, I freeze it in little portions all the time

You can keep in the fridge for about 7 days but you can also freeze and should keep frozen for no longer than 3 months.

Try adding half a tin of condensed milk before cooking, delicious!
