corn bread muffins with honey butter if anyone is intrested... I had been meaning to make them for ages but never seem to find any cornmeal 9semolina0 whenever i remebered to put it on the shopping list.

i had corn bread muffins when i was in washington years ag. they were to die for. was in a restaurant and they served with apricot butter.

ohhh if only i wasnt on a diet!!

oh god my typling/spelling is beyond pathetic.

they were very nice, and now i'm happy.. though the amusing bit is we will be going to the states in two weeks so it will be everywhere

Spent loads of time in North Carolina where they seem to live on it.
