We got an enormous tin of them for Christmas and none of us like them very much. Is there anything I can do with them?

peaches - cut in half - remove stone and put biscuit in, bake 15 mins, serve with cream.

You can make them into a flan or cheesecake base (may want to 'dilute' with plain biscuits though).

Nice in a trifle

Mmm - grown up cheesecake base sounds good. And the peaches - I've had that at someone's house now I think about it.

I would raffle if we hadn't opened them so that ds could discover he doesn't like them either!

Trifle? Instead of sponge, you mean? What sort of alcohol would I use?

They do an amaretti liqueur I think - but that might be a bit much

Something peach? Archers?

Crush up roughly then layer with whipped double cream and blueberries in nice glasses as a dessert.
