ideas for anniversary dinner?

i need some ideas for dinner tomorrow night. it's our 1st wedding anniversary and we can't really go out (kids etc) so i've said i'll cook something special.

what kinda thing does he like?

Meat, fish, vege?

and what's your budget?

he's not very fussy tbh. he likes spicy food. budget's about 10 pounds.

Cut down on quantities obv, but lamb is cheap atm.

Serve it with seasonal green veg.

I like Madhur Jafferey recipes personally. But it depends whether you have the spices in the cupboard.
