A souffle? Never made one myself but my sister makes them. You can do chesse or broccoli (or both ?)

scrambled or poched eggs? v yum or loads of pancakes?

proper spaghetti carbonara?

pasta carbonara?

this is lush and you can freely tinker with the ingredients to make it veggie

err meatloaf? or hamburgers its a binding agent... bread? muffins?

lemon curd layer cake to follow? dead easy and uses 5 eggs.

Carrot cake...that uses about 5 too.

how about breakfast for dinner if you have bacon or sausages.. with scrabbled eggs or pancakes (2 eggs go into the batter)

didn't see this in the shops, but looks quite nice here.

Egg Boats on bed of salad

To make egg boats... hard boil the eggs (about 9-10 minutes boiling), then run under cold water to cool. Once cool, remove shell and slice in half lenthways.
For the sails: cocktail stick with paper triangle suck on with a small piece of sticky tape - you could also make sale out of cheese (not crumbly cheese).

For the salad see - use whatever you have available.

OMG it does sound lush, have bookmarked that recipe! We use Chorizo from Lidl all the time for our risotto so this would be a nice change [smiel]

so far today have made cakes (using 3 eggs) had 14 originally. will send dp to shops for lemons, and make some lemon curd, yum yum...
ds might like egg boats, will try them too. and look out a recipe for carbonara too.
