What can I do with kohl rabi then?

and turnips for that matter - both in veg box, can't find any decent recipes for either. Any ideas?

I always end up bunging them in a stew, wouldn't mind more inventive ideas though!

they are yummy braised in butter

peel and slice quite thin ,about 1/4 in thick

put a large knob of butter in pan ,put khol rabi/turnip on top

put on med heat
shake to disperse butter

let simmer until tender

serve instead of potatoe

turnip is nice cut in strips boiled till tender and then put a large knob of butter on the top[

Kohlrabi- fry an onion in some butter add cubed kohlrabi, season, stir in some double cream and let it simmer till tender. Very very nice
