I wnat to serve it on Friday afternoon.

Can I make it tomorrow (Tuesday)? Will it improve or be on the downhill by Friday?

Thanks Lemon Drizzle experts

I made a huge one once on a Saturday and it was still going strong on the Monday. It was wrapped in clingfilm and put in an airtight box in the fridge in between lopping huge lumps off it!

Thanks ChirpyGirl

I was hoping to make it tomorrow. I always thought things went stale quicker in the fridge!

Well, unless someone says something to the contrary, I will make it tomorrow then!

It did go a bit stale, I think the extra day might make a difference to be honest.
We saved it for Monday as DH wanted to take some into work with him (it was his birthday cake) and I just put some more warm lemon icing on it to moisten it up.
