How would you make a Baileys creme brulee?

I've got a really simple Delia creme brulee recipe. How would you suggest I change it to make a Baileys creme brulee? Should I just replace some of the double cream for Baileys? How much? All? Half?

TIA

mmmm.

I would make a normal creme brulee and serve the Baileys after personally .

How much double cream do you need? I guess you could try a fifth of Baileys instead of cream - but remember Baileys is only part cream so it may not 'set' properly. I don't think it would work actually - I wouldnt risk it!

The recipes I've looked at seem to have a high proportion of cream. I'd just add a few slugs of Baileys in addition to the cream until the mixture tasted right.
