Buy crustade shells from supermarket, buy fresh sandwich maker stuff (e.g. tuna and sweetcorn, egg mayo and bacon) or guacemole or salsa, stuff the crustades with sandwich filling and then spinkle a bit of paprika on teh top for artistic effect!
