Cooking time for sausages

I have bought some locally produced sausages but they haven't come with cooking times. They are pork cumberland sausages and I want to do them in the oven. All it says is do not pierce the sausage skin.

If you are going to cook them in the oven I would do them for at least 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees or higher drizzled with a little olive oil - try them halfway through the cooking time to see how they look as the thickness will depend on how long they need etc - I usually slice mine in two halfway through so that I can see they are definitely cooking.
