What foods are bad news on the salt, sugar and processed front for babies? What foods do you keep away from your little ones? Talking about 1 year and onwards. Thanks.

I find most tinned foods aimed at children contain more salt than teh plain labelled equivalents. Chocolate is better than boiled sweets or lolly's

HV advised if using cans use things like ww baked beans etc, as lower in salt sugar than most! Doesn't help when nursery feed them crisps tho....grrr.....

I avoid artificals esp sweetner and flavour/colours

I'd be OK with one flavour or colour - but when they have 4 or 5 - I don't buy

Artificial Sweetners give me terrible stomach pain so I avoid them like the plague
