A friend of mine was telling me how her 2 year old loved tinned hot dog sausages .
Are'nt they full of salt?

Isn't ketchup supposed to have some good properties?? We buy heinz organic ketchup which has far less salt than ordinary and only costs a fraction more. Again, its a rarity they have it, but if they are going to have it I would rather they have the better alternative. Besides, surely our generation was bought up on fish fingers, terrible sausages and dodgy meat and we survived didn't we?

I'm not sure about bunny but I'm joking driving

Me too.

My children love ketchup but it seems to send them wild afterwards so limit it.
Will look out for the organic one.

The frozen vegetarian hot dog sausages are quite good - a non vegetarian friend of ds who was initially very unenthusiastic said they tasted the same as the 'meat' ones.

which veggie ones do you have?all my family eat them even though only 2 of us are vegie as soooo nice!

ArmadilloDaMan · 12/03/2008 18:11

I was just about to say the same about the vege ones.

They tend to do them in the freezer aisle with the vege foods.

Not sure what brand they are, but not quorn or Linda McCartney.
