I'm sure I read some.

not thought to put parsnips in risotto....

cut up last night's sausages, added carrots and leeks to make risotto tonight... should have used parsnips too then...

just can't get past roasting them, they are devine roasted!!!

I'm sure I read somewhere on here that you can make a cake with them.
