Chicken - a day.
Beef mince - probably two if it didn't whiff too much

Have got a Lamb shoulder in the fridge. "use by" was Saturday. Would you casserole it?

I know I probably wouldn't. Would you?? It cost a fiver!

I go by smell and look alone - I generally get meat from the butcher so there is no 'use by' date on it. I don't think the lamb should be a problem but give it a good sniff!

If it doesn't make you want to vom then it's probably fine.

Just use lots of heavy seasoning!

Had casserole last night.
