fantastic for doing fish.

I have a multi level one that goes on hob.

I do rice in bottom (in the water), fish next layer (usually salmon or tuna) and then some veg (carrots/sugar snap peas/baby corn etc) on top.

I tend to do dressing with oil and vinegar and then herbs or spices depending on what I feel like.

Can also wrap fish in foil before you put it in with some wine and fresh herbs.

Hi

I find rice really easy to cook in a steamer and much easier than a pot.

i usually steam chicken in the bottom tray, rice in the rice tray in the middle compartment and some fresh veggies in the top.

Then i sometimes heat up some BBQ sauce and tip that over the chicken .

Tis yummy and you just put it all in the steamer and can leave it then
