Can you help me put together a cheeseboard, please?

Having relatives over on Boxing Day and they LOVE cheese, don't want to buy one of those pre-packed plastic looking mixture of cheeses you get in the supermarkets, can you help?

I did find a lovely Normandie Camembert at the local market so i will be buying more of that, but what else?

Jodee, isn't there a place near the airport that sells cured meats, i'll bet it also sells some nice cheeses too.

a ridiculously mature cheddar, a wickedly smelly stilton, a lovely nutty jarlesburg, an "almost off" camembert, and of course a bit of roquefort. Thats all you need in my book......
