This is for the bread that includes semolina - I don't know what it tastes like yet!!
I also don't know how to adapt the baking thing for other machines; the menu on mine leaves the dough to rise for a longer time than "basic bread" so in total the whole thing takes nearly 4 hours... It's called the "french" cycle...
Anyway, here's the recipe. I'll list the one for both 1.5lb and 2lb recipes
White bread for the 1.5lb / 2lb loaf:
250ml / 300ml water
1.5tsp / 2tsp salt
2tbsp / 2.5tbsp sugar
2tbsp / 2.5tbsp oil (I use olive)
120g / 150g Durum wheat Semolina (as in the pudding stuff)
270g / 350g bread flour
1.25tsp / 1.5 tsp yeast (dry)
shove in machine, in that order making sure the yeast doesn't touch the salt (but you know that)
