Where can I buy GOOD garlic?

I hardly ever use garlic any more because it is always bitter and shite and greeny.

Where do you buy GOOD garlic from?

or if doing a huge mofo thai paste thing which needs tons, I go to the local chinese supermarket thing

market stall.

You can get a huge bulb, about twice the size of a tesco one for about half price.

It's much tastier too.

also get lazy chilli and lazy ginger...yum!

I've bought beautiful garlic from our local Chinese supermarket - huge white bulbs and really juicy cloves. It's so good I've been putting it in everything. We stink in our house..

may I recommend this receipe, make tons of the paste and freeze
