Banana ice cream - freeze chopped bananas and a tiny bit of cream. Whizz in food processor. Refreeze for a bit.
Ta-dah - fake ice-cream

Smoothies. Banana milk shake (with real bananas and -ice cream!!), banana split - use yogurt and tinned cherries or soemthing.
Get them to decorate something with a few sprinkles. My kids wolf down anything they 'make' themselves

Chocolate banana 'ice cream' chop 5 or 6 bananas (old ones), put in freezer bag, add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (lots), shake, freeze. Then let thaw 10 mins and blend. It is too good for kids, very sweet, very creamy, very chocolatey.

Or egg custard - 2 eggs half pint of milk, couple of table spoons sugar, loads of nutmeg grated on top, in oven about mk 6 20 mins-ish. Or bread pudding - bread and butter (or marmalade) soaked in same mixture with raisins and cooked about the same. All good stuff.
