Any recommendations for recipe book that is not dairy/dairy alternative based?

Have posted this on the allergies too. DS1 who is 4 (should have mentioned this on the other thread) is intolerant of dairy (not severe) but really need some inspiration for ideas.

look on the 'pure' website. The people who make the dairy free margarine. Loads on there

cooking without which i quite like.
