Lasagne

Im sure there was a thread last week about easy lasagne?

Can anybody point me in right direction?

My easy-easy one is jar of Dolmio over cooked mince - heat through, home made cheese sauce (dead easy and never any lumps) and pasta sheets.

To make the sauce, just bring to the boil a pint of milk, use 4 tablespoons of cornflour and make into a paste in a cup or something (with a splash of cold milk). Stir milk once boiled and pour (whilst constantly stirring) cornflour in to milk. Add grated cheese to taste - hey presto, lumpless cheese sauce

PS that quantity for cheese sauce is only for the top - if you like to layer bolognese, cheese sauce and pasta throughout you may be better off doubling the milk/cornflour
