My friend has the same prob, and she blends whatever veg shes cooking with a little gravy and pours it over mash or puts it into sauces as a way of getting veg into her LO. x

my 16 month old will only eat dry food no sauces or sloppy food and all the food has to be separate. I struggle to get any dairy into her so I am carrying on BFing her. Hiding the veg in sauces is a trick people use and smoothies for fruit. They will grow out of it and eat eventually but some of us have a long wait. Im sure its only us the mothers that suffer from the not eating. It does drive me close to despair. Like having a baby that doesnt sleep nobody knows what its like to have a child who doesnt eat until it happens to them. You are doing nothing wrong. Just slowly try to introduce new foods alongside old foods. I dont subscribe to the let them starve brigade.
