Just baked dd's birthday cake for tomorrow, it came out of the oven about 15-20 mins ago. How long should I leave it to cool before I can decorate it? Would like to do it soon as I have my mum coming round at 4 so would like to do it before she comes, as I have college tonight as well. Thanks xxxxx

clearly it takes a little bit longer than the time the cool sponge has been out of the oven!
