I made homemade mayonnaise last Friday, following Delia's recipe. Had some left over, so followed her instructions to store it in a screw top jar in the fridge. Recipe says it'll be ok for up to a week, but dh is not convinced. Is there any way to tell if it's ok? Would you eat it? (obviously not if pg).
