she LOVES nursery now NAB
dh take s her on the bus - its fairly long a journey and the buses are busy (rush hr) but she is a bit better now. also, dh found a better bus which makes the journey quicker.

i think she is getting on better only cos she is getting bigger/older iyswim

its hard in the winter cos its obv raining/cold/windy but as the days get better and lighter its easier for dh

by the way, you dont need to make a roux for the bechamel sauce. just do it the patrick anthony way (norfolk chef bloke) and chuck into the pan flour, butter and all the milk. switch on heat and whisk NONSTOP until the whole thing turns into the sauce. (don't stop whisking or it'll turn lumpy).

let simmer gently to cook through the flour.

sorry slouchy your's is the 'proper' way but the slattern's way does work too.
