Mine eats rubbish!
Up until a few months ago everything was fine and he had a great healthy balnaced diet. Now he'll only eat finger food.

He has Weetabix for breakfast with fruit puree (he will eat sweet stuff off a spoon, just not savoury), sandwiches for lunch and then I put veg and fish fingers or sausages or chicken ona plate for him and he'll only eat the meat.

He likes fruit but it's very frustrating theat he won't eat what the rest of us are eating now he is 18months.

I need healthy ideas for what to feed him (plus reassurance that he's not the only one with a bad diet!)

They all go through phases - I'm sure he will start eating more of a variety again soon. Do you make an 'issue' of him not eating stuff?

DS1 goes through phases where he eats nothing we put in front of him which is very frustrating! I do try to make meals which contain sneaky servings of vegetables and fruit, he especially likes pasta and sauce, and he loves to drink fruit smoothies.
