Overloaded Slow Cooker

I've been rather enthusiastic loading up the slow cooker with veg this morning (for a sausage casserole) and only just squeezed everything in. Plus I couldn't see the half pint of stock I added so chucked in another half pint of water but I still can't see the liquid level so obviously isn't covering everything.

Is it going to go horribly wrong or will it still cook (via steam.... lol)? Meal due 5.30ish.

Leeeeet's just say the sausages on top are a little squished

Got: sausages, onion, leek, potato, red pepper, mushrooms, carrots.... knorr pork stock and a generous squeeze of tomato puree....

... damn, hungry already.
