Tis. My mum's widowed now and lives on baked tatties and quorn sausages. She doesn't have an opposite number though. hope she doesn't for a while!

Might be safer for them than a chip pan? Or are you thinking they'd be good company for each other.......?

i do once a week. just didn't realise they loved them so much
