Kohl rabi and red cabbage: can I make some sort of coleslaw with these and what other ingredients will I need?

Would be good if I could make it palatable for the DDs

I made a fab coleslaw last week with This recipe It's sooo easy and I'm bever buying shop bought again. It would be fine with your ingredients as well and I also put in some grated cheese.

I make a red cabbage coleslaw as follows:

half a shredded red cabbage
one shredded carrot
red wine vinegar - splash
dijon mustard - teaspoon
mayonnaise - enough to coat aforementioned ingredients

You could swap the kohl rabi for the carrot if you don't have any.

Am sure it would be lovely.
