Got people coming for lunch tomorrow at 1pm.

Am making chilli. Can I make it now and leave it in the slow cooker on low until lunch tomorrow or is that too long?

Can you not do it first thing tomorrow morning on the gas?

I would make it now let it cool and keep in the fridge and then reheat it thoroughly tomorrow.

chilli is much nicer on the reheat I've always found

Some people add chunks of chocolate to it when they reheat, while I just eat them while I wait lol.
