Left over Chick Tikk Mass - can i freeze it?

It's just chicken and sauce from a jar, left over from last night. Can i freeze it do you reckon, and then when i want it again can i nuke it from frozen?

Posie - it was frozen chicken, thawed out (obv) but i thought that the cooking kills off any bacteria?

yes, tis ok to refreeze after cooking

what you mustn't do is thaw meat then refreeze without cooking
