i want to have fishcakes for dinner but i forgot to defrost them..i don't have a defrost setting on my microwave (or i can't get it to work anyway), so can you defrost by putting them on full power for a bit?
how long would you zap them for?
thanks!

I dont think I have ever defrosted fishcakes - do you have to? Ive always just cooked them straight from frozen either in the oven or slowly in a little oil in the frying pan.

Sit them in some cold water - it will speed the defrosting process up a bit
