hi
Can any one help. My 2yrd old is refusing to eating more than about 3 spoonfuls of food at a time.

She used to be a good eater her routine was

Wake up 8ish
Breakfast @ 9 bowl of oats porridge or rice crispies.
Lunch - around 12.30 1ish boiled veg with some baked fish or jacket potato
dinner around 6.30 Chicken soup with veg and rice.

However now she wont eat anything more than a couple of mouths and want her bottle of milk.

I am trying to encourage her to eat more of the food my husband and me eats but she wont have it.
HELP PLEASE

Silly question but has she had a tummy upset recently?
DS was a great eater, got a bad tummy hbug and wouldn't eat properly for weeks. He's only just now getting back to something like normal

is your lo filling up on milk at the expense of food? Could you try switching from bottle to beaker for milk so your lo will take less and therefore have more of an appetite for solids?

she only tend to want milk when she is sick
The problem I have is that I have a 11mth old at home as well and every time dd1 sees dd2 having the milk she wants some
