Cook your rice as normal.
At the same time spray a big frying pan with fry light and cook your spring onions, garlic, ginger, bean sprouts, mange tout, peppers, peas for 5 mins.
Add the cooked rice and peas and a bit of worcester sauce, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
Pour two beaten eggs over the mixture and stir. Cook for a further five minutes and add some chopped coriander and tumeric.
I like to add chicken and prawns sometimes aswell.
