Personally, I'd choose Anthony Worral Thompson. I think he's ace at cooking and he'd be a good laugh too!

pixiefish · 11/12/2004 22:48

who's that one on ready steady cook with the steven seagal about him? id quite like a bit of that.

DingWongMerrilyOnHigh · 12/12/2004 04:40

Hugh FW -no poncing about from him, he respects his ingredients and the way they are produced.

Gary Rhodes irritates me too much - I mean WTF are "syruped kumquats" - what a ponce!

hollybet · 12/12/2004 09:14

Another vote for Nigel - and am I the only one who thinks he is fanciable? Blush

advocaatofthedevil · 12/12/2004 09:16

Probably Gordon Ramsey for entertainment value.

Yorkiegirl · 12/12/2004 09:34

NightOwl, do you mean Ross Burden?
Bit too slick for my liking!

I don't think Nigel's fanciable as such (and I'm not sure he'd be finding many of us to his taste either...Grin) but he is lovely.

I'd go for that one that's married to Fern Britton - can't remember his name but he is very twinkly - or HFW as long as he promised to keep tripe off the menu...

feastofstevenmom · 12/12/2004 10:03

delia smith or keith?floyd for the entertainment value.

DingWongMerrilyOnHigh · 12/12/2004 11:54

IKWYM Nigel is completely asexual isn't he, if it's not an icecream sandwich or a grilled sardine he just isn't interested. Bless him.

Keith Floyd - of course, he would be a great laugh

spacedonkey · 12/12/2004 12:10

I'd have Carluccio

DingWongMerrilyOnHigh · 12/12/2004 12:31

but he would make you sit on his knee and jiggle up and down between courses.

Or is that the point?

I used to have rude dreams about Gordon, lord knows why

spacedonkey · 12/12/2004 12:35

i'm all of a quiver at thought of carluccio jiggling me on his knee

DingWongMerrilyOnHigh · 12/12/2004 12:38

and getting you to lick tiramisu off his big fat fingers

FimboCLAUS · 12/12/2004 12:45

NoMoomAtTheInn-I agree Fern's hubby is so gorgeous (Phil Vickery)

spacedonkey · 12/12/2004 12:54
