how do i make goulash?

I have a slow cooker recipe. It is stew with paprika really I think.
Need:
1 tblsp sunflower oil
700g diced pork
1 large onion
150g mushrooms
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground all spice
1 tsp caraway seeds
2 tblsp plain flour
400g can chopped tomatoes
450 ml hot chicken stock
salt and pepper.
Soured cream to serve.
Heat oli and add pork and onions to lightly brown (5 mins)
Add mushrooms for 2 mins
Stir in spices and flour. Cook for 1 min
Mix in toms and bring to boil. Put in slow cooker and add stock and season.
Slow cook on low for 8-10
