How do I cook smoked haddock??

ds1 picked it off the fish counter in mossisons. The nice lady trimed it and took of the skin but I havent a clue how to cook it. He want new potatoes and peas with it

Grill it or poach in a bit of milk which you then use to make a cheese sauce.

poach it ever so lightly in a layer of milk and some parsley, that will be delicious with peas and new potatoes.

Paoch in milk, add cream and chives, and cook until thickened. erve with mash.

or wrap it in foil and stick it in the oven for 15-20 mins.
