Spicy Corn Chowder

Just made this a few days ago and it went down really well.. even with DH who hates corn...

not that anyone actualyl looked at this last time I posted it but I made corn chowder again lastnight, leaving the chopped chili out and everyone loved it.. especially DS who ate every spoonful in his bowl without me shouting or revoking pudding.

OOh thanks for posting that recipe I am gonna make it for lunch today...it sounds so gorgeous

Now simmering in preparation for lunch time....gonna add the milk when I reheat for lunch and do bacon then too, hope I dont spoil it by doing this in 2 sessions ..thanks once again smells so good.

thank you... I hope you enjoy it.. my DH does and he hates corn... its a texture thing I guess.. he hates peas too... I plan on doing some ham and pea soup sometime soon and see if I can get him to eat it..

It should be ok... I made it and served DS then re heated it later for DH and I and added a bit more strong cheddercheese.. and fresh chopped chili pepper too... I hope you like it...

sweetcorn chowder is DS's favorite soup but I buy it from Sainsburys... not I now a recipe I will give it a go

This was totally yummy and I definately will make it again and again...the cheese and bacon was a lovely complement to the soup.....we ate it with crusty bread. Thankyou Meridian
