How many mls is 6oz fluid?

I dont ofen do baking, as you'll probably have guessed from my question lol

Am in the middle of making a carrot cake which requires 6fl oz of sunflower oil. I dont have a measuring jug, do however have one of those little caps from a bottle of nightnurse pmsl so thought I'd measure it in that, but dont know how much to use...

woo hoo girlie, it's me, geri from mini's.. nope my baby bottle days are over, used to use them for this type of thing in the passed tho..

Lil lady is in respite, others on half term so thought we'd have a baking session, whilst she's away, can't have flour in the house whilst shes here as she just covers herself and everything else in it!!

Ok cake's in the oven - looked a bit too wet, so added more flour and sugar, will let u know how it turns out. Next to bake is choc chip cookies, am ok tho as that uses marg, which I can weigh out so wont have any trouble with that!!
