Smoked Salmon - how long does it keep?

It has no sell/ use-by date and has been open for over a week... can DS still eat it?

I wouldn't - and I ignore sell-by dates most of the time. But if it's sliced it's a breeding ground for bacteria, i wouldn't keep it open more than 3 days.
