Mince gone brown,is it ok to eat?

Had some minced beef delivered on wednesday,best before 19th feb.
Just went to use it and it is a brown colour is it still ok to eat?

I reckon so - mince often does that. as long as it's in date it should be OK.

yes it is oxidation i think...

As long as it doesn't smell and you cook it well there should be no problem.
