Langoustines..............

I am doing a dinner tomorrow and saw some gorgeous langoustines in the fish shop. How can I do them as a really quick starter? How much roughly do they cost? Very expensive?

too late for you i know, but dp is a chef and makes terrific langoustines with finely chopped garlic and chili in olive oil and lime juice marinade just stuck under the grill for a few minutes. they are lovely. hth for next time!
