I am doing a romantic dinner tomorrow night for OH and myself. I have got 2 huge lamb shanks and I am soaking them in red wine and rosemary. Didn't know what to soak them in so put them in a resealable tesco bag and put about 1/2 bot red wine in which they are sitting in, how much red wine should I use? I am soaking them overnight and putting in slow cooker tomorrow morning.
