There's a netmums cookery book that's quite good. But a couple of ideas for you.....
1 potatoe / whatever veg you have in house / bisto gravy - mash together, ds loves it. (Get the steam veg that you keep in freezer - really easy).
Dolmio do a kids tomatoe sauce with meatballs - heats quickly and pour over pasta. (Sorry- i'm a full time working mum, so lots of my meals are based on speed of cooking !). DS also loves, mash pots, beans and tuna !! I know it sounds horrid, but he loves it ! I'll have a look at the cookery book when I get in to remind myself of others I used at 8 months

my 8 month old eats everything we do now but obviously no salt etc.....risotto, cottage pie, lasagne, mash, veg with sausage, chicken, mince, bolognaise etc...

My DS used to love pasta at this age - in fact it was all he would eat for a while!

I used to make a creamy cheese sauce and add tin of tuna. Cook the pasta and add frozen sweetcorn. Mix together and blitz to smaller pieces and freeze. You will need to add some milk when serving as it can be a little stodgy (sp?).

He also loved a tomato based pasta. Gently fry onions, peppers and mushrooms until soft in a little olive oil. Add tin of tomatoes, stir until bubbling. Blitz tomoto sauce and add to cooked pasta.

You could also add finely chopped spinach and tuna to the above recipe.

I used to buy the small pasta you get for soups, etc.

Hope this helps.
