Cherries and duck go together really nicely. You can cheat and buy a tin of canned cherries in sauce. Really lovely.

I think I actually once used red currant jelly and cherries for duck - and it was lovely. I can't remember the actual recipe though but it's possible to google some ideas.

Fry them and add some brandy to the pan when they're done. Then stir in some mustard, honey and cream. Lovely.

I did them last week, stir fried in hoisin sauce with stir fried veg - twas delish
